Check-in and Access Details

Our house has a keysafe near to the front door.
The code will be shared with you on your arrival day. Simply use the code to open the keysafe. You then use the key fob to tap on the top of the lock to open the frontdoor.

Keys

Key List:

• The Yale Keyfob is another front door 'key'
• Round key is for side gate padlock (opened from the garden side)
• Square key is the rear patio door
• Black key is padlock key for shed

Locking the Front door

To Lock the door,

• simply close the door and lift the handle all the way up until it stops.
• The door will whirr for a second or two, and then be locked.
• If the door whirrs for a long time and does multiple beeps, the handle wasnt lifted high enough or the door isnt closed properly. Try again until the handle does not move downwards to open the door.

Unlock the front door

• Or, tap the top of the door handle with the keyfob or keycard

Opening and Locking the rear garden door

The rear garden door is locked when the latch is turned up:

Open

The garden door can be unlocked and slide open. To open:

• its usually easier to move the blinds out of the way - use the pully on the right handside to slide the blinds away
• Insert the sqaure key and turn it anti-clockwise until you hear and feel the mechanism move.
• Move the latch to the down position.
• Slide the door to the right.

Lock

• To lock the door, do the reverse. The door is unlocked when the latch is facing downwards:

Remove the Garden Door key

• the key needs to be in a horziontal position in order for it to be removed.
• when unlocking, turn it back a half turn until it is horizontal and gently pull it out.
