Checkout is by 11am Please respect our check-out time, or arrange an alternative time with us.

Please ensure the house is tidy and any dirty plates or cutlery is washed or at least in the dishwasher.

Tidy up

Please tidy up the house and leave it in a state you'd expect to find it in.

Rubbish

Please drop your rubbish in the bins in the front garden.

• Blue - recycling (paper, card, hard plastics)
• Green - food/green (food waste and other compostable items)
• Black - general (anything that doesnt go in the Green or Blue bins)

• Breakages or Damage

  Accidents happen. Please let us know of any breakages or damage so we can pre-prepare replacements or fixes for other guests.

Switch off

Turn off lights and appliances. Close and lock all doors and windows. Adjust heating or cooling settings to 20degC especially during extreme weather conditions. Confirm that faucets and appliances (e.g., stove, oven) are turned off.

Towels

Please put all towels in the bathroom

Keys

Please place the keys back in the lock safe. The code would have been shared with you on Check-in Day.

Final Lock up

• Lock the Front door - close it firmly and lift the handle all the way up until it stops. The lock should 'whirr' for a second or two.
• The handle will be firm when pushing it down.
• Please Remember to leave the keys in the KeyBox.
