House Rules & Expectations
- No Smoking: This is a strickly no smoking or vaping property. If you would like to smoke please do it outside. An ideal spot is by the side of the house. Please put any rubbish, cigarette butts etc in the bin.
- No Parties or Events: This is a quiet area with families and children. Please no parties.
- No Pets: This is a no pet property unfortunately. Please respect that and other guests that may have allergies.
- Maximum Occupancy: Four Adults.
- Check-In and Check-Out Times: Pre-defined times are 12pm check-out / 3pm Check-in, unless otherwise agreed with the hosts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Please see the check out steps for details on rubbish disposal. We appreciate if you drop your rubbish outside in the bins before you leave.
- Guest Responsibilities: Please take a look at the check-out steps and do your best to follow them. It makes everyone's experience more pleasant and easier.
- Security Measures: Details on locking the front door are included in the Check-in steps. When leaving the property please ensure windows are closed and doors locked.
- Parking: The property has two car park spaces on the drive at the front of the house. If other spaces are needed, the street has plenty of space (there are two spaces sometimes free at the end on the left looking out of the front door). Please do not block in neighbour's cars or access.
- Security Cameras: The property has only one security camera; a Ring Door bell on the front door which faces towards the street.
- Feedback and Reviews: If you need something during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to help. Do leave feedback after your stay so we can make sure the property has met your needs, and can meet them in the future.
